The gelato paddle is perfect for gelato and sorbet, incorporating less air and leaving the gelato denser than ice cream with a silkier, softer texture.

At the end of churning you can enjoy your dessert immediately if you prefer a soft serve, or the machine will keep your dessert frozen for a further 10 minutes whilst you transfer to the freezer to enjoy later with a firmer consistency.
